Ceramic
Ceramic brick and tile systems for compatible floors, pits, drains, tanks and process areas.
Service 01 · Corrosion-resistant lining
Chemisight develops corrosion-resistant lining systems for structures, equipment and containment areas where the complete build-up must respond to the actual substrate, exposure, temperature and service life.
What this service covers
Corrosion-resistant lining is not simply the application of a chemical-resistant material. Long-term performance depends on the compatibility of the complete build-up: substrate preparation, primer or membrane, bedding layer, lining material, jointing system, curing and workmanship.
The build-up is evaluated for new construction, replacement of failed lining, localised repair, refurbishment and application-specific upgrades.
System families
Available families include brick and tile lining, resin and silicate mortars, reinforced barriers, protective flooring and specialised membranes.
Choose the lining unit that suits the exposure, temperature, abrasion and service conditions.

Where the systems are applied
Applications vary widely in geometry, exposure and operating requirements. The lining build-up must therefore respond to the actual asset and not merely the broad industry category.
Internal and external protective systems, refurbishment and replacement of existing lining.
Containment surfaces exposed to liquids, chemicals, cleaning cycles and continuous moisture.
Protective flooring, screeds and linings selected for exposure, traffic and functional requirements.
Protection of concrete and steel substrates around critical equipment and process zones.
Lining for treatment areas, collection systems, channels and specialised containment applications.
Execution methodology
Hover over each stage to view the role it plays in the completed lining system.
Review exposure, substrate, drawings, operating conditions, failure history and project constraints.
Select the system build-up, materials, thickness, detailing, joints and quality controls.
Dismantle defective work where required and prepare concrete or steel to the specified condition.
Produce or arrange compatible specialised materials with controlled batching and supply coordination.
Execute primer, membrane, bedding, lining, jointing and detailing through trained site teams.
Check workmanship, curing, thickness, continuity and specified quality parameters before completion.
System selection
A reliable recommendation requires more than a product name. The following inputs help determine the complete system.
